STATION - LIFT/LOCATE
Lift/locate modules provide precise positioning of work piece pallets in automatic work stations. Positioning is achieved by means of the positioning pins in the lift plate and positioning bushings in the pallet. Pallets are located with .002" accuracy in the X and Y directions. The standard module is attached directly to the conveyor frame rails. Its operation is pneumatic. Options include a floor supported module and a two-stage unit which permits locating a given pallet at two positions - 1/2 pallet length apart. Special features such as units with pallet access openings are offered. Stops with pallet latches are available for use with our lift/locatedevices.
