LIFT TRANSFER - MANUAL
Manual transfers provide a means of moving empty or loaded pallets to or from the conveyor line. The module raises and lowers roller conveyor sections above and below the conveyor surface of the conveyor. A foot valve or hand valve usually operates these devices. Pallets are then manually rolled to or from the conveyor while this lift is in its raised position.
LIFT TRANSFER - POWERED ROLLER
The live bed is raised and lowered pneumatically into operating position to allow automatic in-feed or discharge of the work piece pallet at any point along the length of the transporter line. The powered rollers are wired to a terminal strip, and are controlled collectively as one drive motor. Either 1.9" diameter or 2-1/4" diameter rollers are available for either 115 or 230 volt operations.
LIFT TRANSFER - POWERED BELT
Powered belt transfers feature the use of a pair of positively driven timing belts. These devices raise and lower pneumatically, but their belts are driven electrically by small gear motors. These modular devices are typically furnished for unit loads of a hundred pounds or less.
LIFT TRANSFER - CHAIN
The chain cross transfer module is intended for heavy pallets. These units can handle many sizes and weights of pallets whether loaded or empty. They have been offered for unit loads up to 3,000 pounds. Heavy duty stops, rockers and other modules are available for such service.
